KOHIMA: The Nagaland State Legal Services Authority (NSLSA) and the Good Samaritan Women Society signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a national helpline number to address complaints and issues of older persons.
The primary goal of the helpline is to attend to the complaints and grievances of senior citizens. As per the MoU, the state Helpline will receive calls and the district/sub-district administrations will act upon the grievances received, NSLSA Public Relations Assistant informed.
