Breakfast Recipe under 5 Minutes –

Ingredients :

  • Poha (flattened rice)- 1 bowl
  • Fresh curd- 1 bowl
  • Milk- 2-3 tbsp
  • Ginger – 1/4 tsp (grated)
  • Green chilli – 1 (chopped)
  • Curry leaves – 4-5
  • Coriander leaves – 2 tsp (chopped)
  • Black mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
  • Pomogranet – 2 tsp
  • Dry red chilli – 1
  • Sugar – 1/2 tsp (Optional)
  • Oil – 1 tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Water – 1/3 cup

Method :

Take a bowl of poha, wash it properly and keep it aside for some time until it softens. Now add curd to the poha and required amount of milk to it. Mix everything well. Now, add the chillies and pomogranet and give it a good mix.

Now, add a little oil to a pan and the tadka items – curry leaves, corriander leaves and mustard seeds. Once it’s done, add the tadka into the poha.
