The Secondary Examination Board Assam made an announcement about HSLC and the New Education Policy.

HSLC to implement New Education Policy
As per reports, the question paper for the HSLC examination will be revised. The question paper will be marked out of 100, having a weightage of 45 marks, spread across four marks.
The four subjects – English, General Science, General Math and Social Science. The decision will come into effect from 2023 HSLC examination.

SEBA has also informed, the first 50% questions will contain objective-type questions and the remaining 50% will have a mixture of two or three marks each for the rest 45 marks questions along with an internal assessment of 10 marks.
