At least services of 10 special Express trains to and from Assam restored. These will ply on tracks from the month of June till further order. Earlier special trains were alloted for the benefits of the passengers who are in need. This major decision has been taken by Northeast Frontier Railways.
Among these specials are
train between Kamakhya and Bhagat Ki Kothi,
train between Kamakhya and Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra,
train between Kamakhya and Ranchi,
train between Silghat and Kolkata,
train between Kamakhya and Delhi Anandbihar,
train between Dibrugarh and Chandigarh,
train between Guwahati and Okha
train between Kamakhya and Gaya,
train between Guwahati and Secundrabad,
and another train between Kamakhya and Puri
The services of these trains have been suspended for more than one year since April,2020. The passengers will have to follow all the protocols after reaching their destinations.
