• Total Vacancies: 9,970 Assistant Loco Pilot posts

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed Matriculation/SSLC along with ITI from recognized institutions of NCVT/SCVT in relevant trades or have completed an apprenticeship in the specified trades.
• Age Limit: Applicants should be between 18 to 30 years as of July 1, 2025. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.

  • General/OBC candidates: ₹500
  • SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/PWDs/Female/Transgender/Minorities/Economically backward class: ₹250 (refundable after appearing in CBT I)
• Selection Process:
  1. Computer Based Test I (CBT I)
  2. Computer Based Test II (CBT II)
  3. Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT)
  4. Document Verification
  5. Medical Examination
• Salary: Level-2 pay scale with an initial salary of ₹19,900 per month.
