A never before happened incident is reported in United Kingdom where a man broke his penis vertically suffering 3 cm long fracture. The urologists behind the study say the patient’s injury was a very rare occurrence amid the more run-of-the-mill cases of a broken penis. It is a first kind of its case in Medical history.
The 40 year old man man sustained the painful injury when his penis buckled against his partner’s perineum, or the area between the genitals and the anus, in the middle of sex. The doctors found the 3 cm vertical tear after they conducted an MRI scan
“Interestingly, he described a gradual detumescence, with moderate swelling but no ‘popping’ sensation. Moreover, there was no palpable ‘rolling’ sign on examination,” the British Medical Journal said in its report.
