Visakhapatnam: Four students from Oakridge International School, Visakhapatnam—Aanandita, Aishwarya, Vibha, and Vrishali—have been selected to represent the school at the Nord Anglia Education Social Impact Summit 2025 in June at The Village School, Houston, USA. The delegation will be guided by Ms. Madhuri Gupta, Social Impact Lead at Oakridge Vizag.
The summit, a weeklong event, will bring together student leaders from NAE schools across the world to engage in collaborative workshops and activities centred on leadership. Participants will explore themes such as inclusive communities, a UNICEF sustainable development goals refresher, peer talks, and capstone projects, along with special activities for World Children’s Day.

Over the past three years, students from Oakridge Vizag have participated in this global event, leading several initiatives focused on creating social impact through community service. “We are proud of our students and excited about the unique opportunities they will experience at the summit,” said Shaila Bhamidipati, Principal. “This platform will help them enhance their leadership skills and drive meaningful change.”
