Veteran India Women’s Cricket team captain, Mithali Raj has added another feather to her already illustrious crown and has exceeded former England skipper Charlotte Edwards to become the leading run-scorer on the international circuit on Saturday.
Mithali entered her name in the history books during the 3rd One Day International (ODI) between India and England while chasing 220 for a consolation win.
Mithali has now become the world’s most prolific batter in women’s internationals as she has crossed Edwards’ 10,273 run tally by 10,277 runs.
