Two-time Olympic medallist Sushil Kumar, lodged in Tihar jail in connection with the Chhatrasal Stadium brawl, has urged prison authorities to provide him a television to remain updated about wrestling matches.

Sushil Kumar, who is accused of kidnapping and murder of Sagar Dhankar, has written a letter to the Tihar jail administration, demanding TV from them so that he can keep himself entertained and gets updates related to wrestling matches across the globe.
He is currently in extended judicial custody till July 9. He is facing charges of murder, culpable homicide and kidnapping have been shifted to Tihar jail number 2 from Mandoli jail where he was earlier lodged.
Last month, he wrote to the prison administration, demanding special food, exercise bands, and diet supplements as he was a Professional Wrestler. The request was denied by jail officials and also the city court.
