SAILI; An exhibition to promote the art festival culture in state
The brand new Entry Free event has enhanced the exposure of people’s perception of art. The event will be organised at – NAZRUL KALAKSHETRA on 24, 25, and 26 July respectively.
As the title suggests, it’s not just restricted to the genuinely followed conventional procedures of presenting art. The event also secures a corner devoted to the grand past in the form of rare prints focusing precisely on the history of Tripura. It has unveiled a blend of creativity and knowledge falling in the plain of a perfectly synchronized zone.
When the vibrance of colours coincides with the creativity of humans, art is produced- this essence of art was exhibited at the event with the help of Sculpture, Painting, Photographs and Installation as well.
The team has effectively worked with a plethora of dimensions to ensure that the visitors get awestruk with the finely carved figures of abstract art. A team of 9 in-house artists from Tripura – Niladri Sengupta, Esita Das, Deboleena Chakraborty, Dr Teesta Saha, Rohit Debbarma, Rageswari Dhar, Sasanka Sekhar Choudhury, Kabir Saha and Anirban Ghosh and a creative crew has driven the 3-day exhibition with a vision to promote art festival culture in the state.

Antima Baidya, Organizer, TOTELL said, “The first ever event of “Saili” has been organised to promote art in different dimensions and leave an impact on people by portraying social, environmental and cultural issues and let people think out of the box as the name goes and know our precious history with the help of the rare prints. We are overwhelmed with the response from innumerable visitors from different backgrounds who still believe in creation. We hope the event will surely make a change around us.”
