One such instance is a 70-year-old woman from the Washim district of Maharashtra named Mathurabai Bidve, who claims to have partially regained her eyesight after taking a Covishield jab.
The woman reportedly went blind due to cataract nine years ago but partially regained thirty to forty percent of her eyesight in one eye after taking a Covishield jab.
Even though such claims are not backed by any scientific explanations, gaining something after a jab has been on the upward trend after many people had shared their body turning magnetic after vaccination.
