DIMAPUR: PHED minister Jacob Zhimomi has inaugurated the State Water Quality Testing Laboratory at Supply Colony, Dimapur.
The laboratory has the facility to test physical, chemicals, and bacteriological contaminants present in water thereby ensuring the best adequate water supply and safe drinking water provision to the households.
Additionally, the PHED minister highlighted that the priority of the department was to ensure best adequate water supply and safe drinking water to the households in the state. He added that district laboratories, which were also well established and functional, were open to public.
