Mizoram CM Zoramthanga issued a revised SOP for entry points of the state.
CM Zoramthanga took to Twitter to inform about the revised guidelines to be followed at all entry points to Mizoram.

As per the guidelines, screening at every entrance has been made compulsory. As well as people testing positive for Covid-19 shall be immediately isolated.
Also, asymptomatic person’s are to strictly follow the Covid-19 measures.
Further, more guidelines have been mentioned in the notice issued by the Government.
Further, two cases of Omicron positive have been reported from Assam. One belonged from Meghalaya and the other was from Hojai.
Assam has been witnessing a rise in COVID cases from the past few days. However, the Assam health minister has assured that his government is taking adequate steps to tackle the COVID surge.
