The police department of Mizoram nabbed a man from the Cachar district of Assam for allegedly being involved in kidnapping a minor.
Kidnapping accused arrested
As per reports, the accused has been identified as Fairul Haque who has been arrested on the grounds of kidnapping a 3 year old girl.
As per the police reports, “the Lawngtlai Police Station received information that a woman from Bagha in Assam’s Cachar district was beaten up and thrown out of a car at Thingkah village in south Mizoram’s Lawngtlai district from the same town and two other persons from Assam.”
In total three accused has been kidnapped the minor and looted Rs 1.5 lakh. The police registered a case against the three accused and with relentless investigation the car was recovered 5 km away from Thingfal village in Lunglei district.
The police department in Mizoram and Cachar district were alerted. The accused, Fairul Haque was arrested by the Mizoram Police with the help of Cachar police.
