Job: An expert supervisor has found out that there’s a good way to pay the candidate excessive income and that they do not want a diploma for it. Eleni Pavlovic, 24, is an expert supervisor and she focuses on marketing, operations, people, finance, facts, and product.

Eleni took to TikTok and made a video wherein she advises job seekers to apply for the job of a data analyst.

Eleni explains in a TikTok video: “You’re normally working for some kind of app or platform where you’ll be analysing the success of the product.” So let’s say if you were going to do that role on TikTok, you would be evaluating which parts of the app are most users using and which parts of the app they’re not really going to. “Then the areas they’re not really visiting, you would be giving suggestions on how to better improve the product so that more people use it.”

She in addition in her video stated that one does not want a college diploma to get this task. However, she said that it’s better to polish the skills of job seekers online. She stated that one should be confident in having a conversation with ‘senior stakeholders’. The product facts analyst task should provide the candidate with 2 years of revel in profits up to £60k.

Speaking further about what makes a good product data analyst, Eleni said: “The skills someone needs really vary – that’s the beauty of the role. “I think you could come into it from all sorts of backgrounds. “The main thing you need is a passion for making apps more efficient and improving the product, experience with analysis.

“You don’t need a degree because it’s not a typical analyst role, and you need to be comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders.” What’s more, Eleni says now is the perfect time to look for a new role. 

She said: “Companies are trying to backfill from hires that they were supposed to make in 2020, but they couldn’t afford to because of the pandemic, alongside playing catch up for their growth plans for 2021, so it’s a great time to start something new.”
