On Sunday, Virat Kohli has once again announced his withdrawal from captaincy and this time as Royal Challengers Bangalore‘s captain. Virat Kohli stated in a video shared on RCB’s official Twitter handle, “Hello everyone, the whole RCB family, the amazing fans of Bangalore and to all those who have supported us. I have an announcement to make”.
The skipper will step down after the end of Indian Premier League 2021 season. He further added, “I spoke to the management this evening, it was something that was in my mind for a while.”
The captain has expressed his gratitude towards the fans for believing in his abilities and has assured his fans that he will always be an RCB player till his last IPL game.
