Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee claims Assam’s Cattle Bill to be a threat

DIMAPUR: On Tuesday, in a press release Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee President K Therie mentions against the Assam’s Cattle Preservation Bill, 2021 as a “threat to the peaceful coexistence”.

He says that the bill will cause harm to the inherent trade and food habits of the Northeast region. He further adds, ” the bill should not forget that we are a union of states and we are economically interdependent..”
