Aizawl: On Thursday, the Mizoram government launched ‘Nishtha Teletrack’, a web and mobile platform to monitor Covid-19 positive patients under home isolation who are mildly symptomatic or asymptomatic. The application has been developed by National Health Mission in partnership with Johns Hopkins Program for International Education in Gynecology and Obstetrics.
Additionally, the health minister Dr R. Lalthangliana, who launched the platform through virtual mode said that the launch of the tech-enabled home-based model would make monitoring and management of Covid-19 patients easier.
