The CM of MIzoram has called the congress party to be non influential in the centre as well as in the state. In addition, he also said that by 2023, the significance of congress will be nil and zero votes will be received by them.

Mr. Zoramthanga’s comment on the congress party was on the fact that congress a a party has lost its significance in the centre as well as in the sttae.
He certainly lashed out at a meeting and had asserted his claims by saying that by 2023 the opposition wont be able to take a minimum of 1 seat in the state.
The reason behind the CM’s confidence was that the veteran politician of the congress party has himself denied to lead the UPA led congress in the state. According to the reports, ” if a kerosene oil barrel of a lantern collapses in national capiatl Delhi, how can its wick at mizoram be ignited”. said the MNF president.
