A partial solar eclipse as well as a total lunar eclipse will be witnessed by many countries on the 30th of April as well as on 16th of May 2022. But none of the two celestial phenomena is set to be witnessed by India.

As per MP Birla Planetarium, The partial eclipse on the 30th of April will be seen my countries in the south, western part of America, Pacific and Antartica but India will not be able to witness the eclipse.
As per the given timings, the solar eclipse will begin on the 30th of April 2022 at 12:15 am and is suppose to end at 4:07 am.
The lunar eclipse will start from 16th of May 2022 at 7:02 am and will end at 10:23 am.
As the solar eclipse will be witnessed after midnight, countries in this side of the earth will not be able to witness the phenomena. In region like that of India where the phenomena will not be visible, people can watch it online through various youtube channels. Many enthusiast will miss out on the live experience this time.
The next solar eclipse will take place on the month of October and the lunar eclipse will take place on the month of November. Both these eclipse will be visible to india.
