1. Name of the post:- Company Secretary (Middle-level management)
• No of posts:- 1
• Posting:- Mumbai
• Age limit:– 30 to 40 years.
• Salary:- Rs. 15 to 20 Lakhs per annum.
• Educational Qualification:– Graduate from a recognized University, Company Secretary (Essential) ,Candidate should be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
• Post qualification relevant Experience as of 01.12.2021:- Minimum 10 years of experience in listed companies and at least 4 years experience in the Secretarial Department of a listed company.
2. Name of post:- Company Secretary (Junior level management)
• No of posts:- 2
• Posting:- Mumbai
• Age limit:– 30 to 40 years.
• Salary:– Rs. 8 to 10 Lakhs per annum.
• Educational Qualification:- Graduate from a recognized University, Company Secretary (Essential) Candidate should be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
• Post qualification relevant Experience as of 01.12.2021:- Minimum 1-year experience in the Secretarial Department of a listed company.
