Golfers Gaganjeet Bhullar and Subhankar Sharma have made India proud at the third round of the Dubai Duty Free Irish Open. Both the players experienced a power-packed round, although, Australia’s Lucas Herbert took a one-stroke lead in the event.
Bhullar was bogey-free in the second round but took his game up a notch and achieved six birdies, which is the most he has had in this week in any round. At 7-under for 54 holes, Bhullar is now T-21. He has now had rounds of 71-68-70.
Sharma had five birdies against five bogeys in his third round 72 and he is now 3-under and T-57th. 25-year old Herbert has now joined the club of talented Australians, Ossie Pickworth and Brett Rumford who had previously won the prestigious title.
