A fraudulent International Call Centre was busted on the night of 18th May 2022 in the Hatigaon area of Guwahati.

As per reports from The Sentinel, the Guwahati Police Department acted on basis of a tip off and raided O. A Business Solution for allegedly cheating customers of UK, US and other European nationals on the pretext of selling technology.
The technology that the company has been trying to sell to the foreign nationals are yet to be ascertained. The police department are on a watch and the investigation is said to be underway.
As per reports, many electronic items have been recovered by the Police Department, including computers, hard drives and other documents.
A total of 15 individuals has been arrested in connection with the case. The headquaters of the company is located in West Bengal. The company has also hired employees through OLX.
Debashish Saha, an accountant who has been on the run has been arrested by the Police Department of on 12th May 2022.
