India and China holds the 16th round of Corps Commander level talks at the Chushul Moldo border meeting point on Sunday.

As per the reports, the two countries mainly discussed along the LAC in the Eastern Ladakh and the Indian side. Previously, the 15th round China-India Corps Commander-level meeting was held on 11th March 2022.
Both the countries had carried forward their discussions that they had discussed previously in this meeting. The countries aim to revolve the issues along the Line of Actual Control in the Western Sector.
The reports further revealed that the two countries have agreed to maintain security and stability in the Western Sector and maintain dialogue between military and diplomatic channels.
The stand off between the two countries started since April-May 2020, when transgressions by the Chinese Army were witnessed at several areas including Finger area in Galwan Valley, Hot Springs and Kongrung Nala.
