Have you heard of the new Peindia Cab that emerged in the market some four months before? However, initially, it had assured a reasonable rate for the trips prying on the city. Customers who have been using the service have come up with disappointment based on their experience with Peindia.
The new app had promised to replace Ola and Uber by providing affordable trips at a cheaper price. The app also visualizes our PM’s motto being ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’.
How is Peindia Cab functioning in Guwahati?
But to the sad reality, this app is not being performing well after months of its execution. As reported, most of the passengers or riders have complained of incurring huge losses after the price reached thrice at the end of the trip.
Another important complaint was that the app doesn’t provide any heed to customers’ feedback or complaints. Unlike Uber or Ola, Peindia doesn’t provide any quick assistance to passengers.
Are they aware of the passenger’s needs?
Even many complain of the insecurity of the functioning as well as the safety concern of the riders and passengers.
The condition of the cabs is worn out and dirty. Even they charge handsome amount if the drivers are asked to switch on the AC and many a times they say the AC gas is not installed in the cab in the peak hot months of the city.
What are the reviews so far?
People are frustrated and annoyed with the functioning of the app and with a desire to never use them in the future. Many of the passengers have flooded the comments sections with negative comments saying the inconveniences they faced while taking a trip.
Speaking to ‘The North-Eastern Chronicle’, few Customers or the people who have used the service have expressed their displeasure using the Peindia Cab.
“It is very hard to navigate through the app as it does not tells the exact location and makes it hard for drivers to reach the pick up point”
Meanwhile, one of the user from Cotton University stated, “Once I booked cab from Cotton To Zoo Road but the app later changed it to some other location for which the driver said that it was a technical glitch, but he kept on charging more which is totally not convenient.”
Additionally, the Peindia Cab was an initiative taken for the better and effective management of cab drivers and smooth communication of the passengers, yet on a ground reality, it has proved something else and has made the cab experience relativity low compared to other cab services running in the city.
