Assam: Employees of Tezpur University contributes one day’s salary to CM’s relief fund

Tezpur: The employees of Tezpur University have voluntarily contributed One Day’s salary to the”Chief Minister’s Relief Fund, Assam”.

In total the University employees have contributed Rs. 11,34,930/- (Rupees Eleven Lakh thirty four thousand nine hundred and thirty ) to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund, Assam.

Additionally, Dr. Biren Das,registrar of the University said, “I hope our modest contribution will help the Govt.of Assam in their unrelenting fight against COVID-19”, while transferring the amount through online mode.
