ITANAGAR: Arunachal Police arrested 2 Indian Reserve Battalion (IRBn) jawans together with a civilian from Pasighat for being involved in drug peddling.
67.23 grams of heroin were recovered from their possession. Both the jawans have been placed under immediate suspension along with that a departmental inquiry has been initiated against the two accused jawans.
Additionally, along with the civilian they were handed over to Pasighat Police Station for further action.
