Arunachal Olympic Association organises solidarity run for athletes representing India at Tokyo Olympics

ITANAGAR: The Arunachal Olympic Association (AOA) organised solidarity run under the theme ‘We#Cheer4India’ to support and wish all athletes representing the country at the Tokyo Olympics.

The run was flagged off from IG Park by Education Minister Taba Tedir, who is also the AOA president, and MLA Laisam Simai.

According to AOA treasurer Bulang Marik, the run ended at the state guest house in Niti Vihar.

There are a total of 120 athletes who have qualified for the Olympics, which will begin on July 23.
