On 2nd October, the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) launched about 150 helpline numbers to guide the students in the Delhi University admission process 2021 which begins from October 4.
The move came one day after Congress-backed NSUI launched a helpline number for students to help during the Delhi University admission process.
ABVP has launched college wise helpline number

The ABVP has launched college wise helpline numbers for the students who are willing to take admission in any of the 71 colleges of Delhi University.
The centralised helpline number is 011 -27662725 and a WhatsApp number 9818459062 has also been generated.
“For the ongoing admissions, two helpline numbers on behalf of each college have been generated along with a centralised helpline number,” said the statement.
The students union will set up two help desks
“The Vidyarthi Parishad will set up its helpdesk in each college of Delhi University along with a central help desk in front of the Arts Faculty of DU to assist the students,” it said.
ABVP Spokesperson Bharat said in a statement, “The admission this year will be completely online.
In such a situation, the student organization ABVP, has adopted a new way to help with the process. Two helpline numbers on behalf of each college have been generated along with a centralized helpline number”.
Students will also be helped through social media
“Students are expected to submit all the documents within 15 days. Students can contact the college helpline for any problem like college selection, lack of considerations and non-approval on time for admission,” said Siddharth Yadav, ABVP National Media Convenor and Delhi State Secretary. “ABVP activists will also assist the students on all the platforms of social media,” he added.
