Recently, Dheeraj Singh, a highly regarded NCC cadet from Gujarat’s Parul University in India was chosen to be a part of the NCC cadet delegation who traveled to Dhaka, Bangladesh, under this Youth Exchange Program. Dheeraj has been serving as an NCC Cadet with 1 Gujarat Air Squadron in Vadodara, Gujarat.

Youth exchange programs are annual cadet exchange programs among friendly nations that provide the students with an opportunity of displaying India’s armed force excellence on the international level.
Awarded with highest dignitary:
This brilliant young Cadet was invited by the HQ DG NCC to Delhi to receive an award from the highest dignitary at the HQ. He was also part of the “All India NCC Boys Marching Contingent” at Rajpath Parade and Gujarat Marching Contingent for PM’s rally.
Received award by PM Modi:
He had the honor of being awarded by the Honourable Prime Minister with the PM’s baton and medal during NCC Republic Day Camp 2021 at Delhi. Adding on to the sublime achievements of the young cadet he was also awarded the Governor’s medal by the Honourable Governor of Gujarat.
The final year student of Parul University, Vadodara, Gujarat has truly made his state and nation supremely proud.
