Saif Ali Khan, Rani Mukerji, Siddhant Chaturvedi, and Sharvari Wagh from Bunty Aur Babli 2 will appear alongside Amitabh Bachchan in the next Shaandaar Shukravaar episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 13. Sony Entertainment Television released a promo for the special episode on Wednesday morning.

Sidhhant can be seen rapping in a new Sony TV promo, much like his Gully Boy character, and Saif and Rani can be seen dancing to the title song of Hum Tum.

Rani and Saif danced a slow dance to Hum Tum’s title track. Amitabh then joined them in a game. “Kisko sabse zyada gussa aata hai (Who gets angry more)?” he inquired. “Har Bengali ke andar ek Kali toh hai chhupi hui (Every Bengali has a Goddess Kali within them somewhere),” Rani stated, holding up a placard with her face on it.

Amitabh is perplexed by this and declares, “No more questions,” as the audience bursts out laughing.

Why he said “No more questions”

Amitabh Bachchan

After a few seconds of silence, Amitabh seemed to be reminded of Jaya Bachchan as he relented and murmured, “No more questions.” Jaya’s maiden name is Jaya Bhaduri, and she is Bengali as well. Amitabh has previously referred to himself as ‘Banglar jamaibabu (the Bengal son-in-law)’.

According to a previous press release from the channel, Amitabh Bachchan would dance to Say Shava Shava with the cast of Kaun Banega Crorepati 13.

The cast will donate the winning sum to The Bandra Holy Family Hospital’s NICU department, which will be used to purchase new equipment to care for premature babies.

The original Bunty Aur Babli included Amitabh Bachchan in a pivotal role, but Pankaj Tripathi takes up the role of the cop this time. For the sequel, Saif Ali Khan has taken Abhishek Bachchan’s footsteps.

Bunty Aur Babli 2, directed by Varun V Sharma and produced by Yash Raj Films, picks up a few years after the first part ended. Rakesh, also known as Bunty (Saif), and Vimmi, also known as Babli (Rani), live a regular life with their 10-year-old son. After a younger couple begins committing copycat crimes in their name, they return to the con game. This Friday (November 19), the picture will be released in theatres.

Kapil Sharma and Sonu Sood visited the sets of Kaun Banega Crorepati 13 earlier last week. In the episode, the duo was seen having some of the funniest moments with Amitabh Bachchan.
