Nalbari: Around 3000 duplicate Boro plus, as well as Rs 1.2 lakh in cash and a slew of packing supplies and equipment, were recovered by the police.
In a big breakthrough, the Nalbari Police raided a fake Boro plus antiseptic cream and Nabaratna hair oil plant in the Mukalmua Police Station area last Saturday.
The cops recovered over 3000 replica Boros, as well as Rs 1.2 lakh in cash and a variety of packing supplies and equipment, during the raid.

Nalbari Police took to Twitter to inform the public about the development, saying, “Nalbari Police busted one illegal factory of duplicate Boro plus antiseptic cream & Nabaratna hair oil today in Mukalmua PS area and recovered 3000 nos of duplicate Boro plus worth of Rs 1.2 Lakh and many packing materials and equipments.”
Meanwhile, as part of the ongoing fight on illegal narcotics, Nalbari police caught a drug trafficker in the Belsor Police Station area with the help of the people and recovered roughly 4.92 grammes of Brown Sugar from his hands.
The operation was conducted under the direction of Belsor PS’s IC Chamata PP.
