Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio, launched the Nagaland COVID-19 information mobile application at the War Room at Nagaland Civil Secretariat, Kohima. Rio congratulated the Department of Information Technology and Communication for successfully developing and initiating the app
As per the sources, the mobile application offers information about availability of general and intensive care unit (ICU) beds for Covid-19 patients in all hospitals across Nagaland.
Moreover, the public can also avail the important contact details of officials at all levels of Covid-19 management through the application.
Reportedly, Nagaland government is also providing food grains to the poor, who have been hit hard by the lockdown during the second wave of the pandemic.
