Eligibility Criteria for MSSDS Recruitment
Upper age limit:- 35 years.
Educational Qualification- A candidate for the position of Skill Development Officer at the Meghalaya State Skill Development Society must have completed a postgraduate degree in rural development, MSW, or a related field.
Experience- 3 (three) years of experience in Skill Development, Rural Development, or a related field.
Salary:- Rs. 30,000/- per month.
About MSSDS- The skilled landscape of Meghalaya will be better understood after a thorough examination of the skill gaps in various domains, trades, and sectors, as well as the available resources in terms of quality pieces of training and placement links for wage employment and quality pieces of training and financial linkages for self-employment. For effective implementation of any Skill Development related approach, the State must conduct a comprehensive and result-oriented Skill Gap Analysis (SGA).
