Home Minister Amit Shah, on Thursday, January 6, in the presence of Chief Minister Shri N Biren Singh, laid the foundation stones of various developmental projects in the state of Manipur via Video Call.
The projects include a 100 bedded COVID Hospital at Kakching, with a project cost of Rs. 6 crores, an integrated Sewerage System for Imphal City, Phase II with a project cost of Rs. 1149 crores and Manipur Technology Innovation Hub in PPP mode in Kalinga Institute of Technology (KIT) with a project cost of Rs. 12 Crores.
Inauguration of Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana projects
Further, the Home Minister also inaugurated 4 other projects under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana.
The projects include the following-
- Road “L038-T03 To Sonapu” Package No, MN0483, Jiribam. Project Cost- Rs. 86.19 Lakh
- Road L039- Moltuk to Gamphazol via Molphibung, Chandel, Project Cost- Rs. 7.36 Crore
- Bridge over Imphal River at Khabam Lamkhai, Imphal East, Project Cost- Rs. 6.54 Crore
- Bridge over Imphal River at Mongjam Achanbigei Village, Imphal East, Project Cost- Rs. 6.53 Crore
