Guwahati: There was a peaceful Kirtan Protest in Dighalipukhuri by ISKCON temple organization due to the violence against Hindu in Bangladesh.
It was organized globally by the ISKCON Organization on the 23rd of October.

Kirtan Protest in Dighalipukhuri
The protest took place in the famous area of Dighalipukhuri, Guwahati where protesters can be seen sitting and chanting Kirtan verses as a mark of protest.
The protest was peaceful and did not have any shouting of slogans. Instead it was a Kirtan protest where the Shanatanis were seen chanting Kirtan verses as a mark of protest and violence against the Hindus of Bangladesh.
700 protests from 150 countries
Around 700 protests from 150 countries raised their voice against the attack on Hindus of Bangladesh and vandalization of Iskcon temple of Bangladesh.
500 people attacked in ISKCON temple of Bangladesh during Durga Puja
