On Saturday, 21st May, an Indian Army soldier was arrested for allegedly leaking confidential military intelligence to Pakistan.
A Pakistani woman allegedly honey-trapped the Indian Army soldier. And he had been utilized by her to obtain information about the Indian Army.
The soldier was identified as Pradeep Kumar, a 24-year-old army gunner.

Moreover, the Indian Army soldier was stationed in Jodhpur when he came in contact with the Pakistani woman via Facebook.
The alleged spy, however, is said to operate for the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).
According to sources, the woman pretended to be a Hindu woman named Chhadam, a resident of Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
According to reports, Kumar also traveled to Delhi to marry her.
She further led the accused to believe that she worked at a Bengaluru-based corporation.
Furthermore, images of classified military and geopolitical information were transmitted to the Pakistani woman.
Kumar was accused of sending the Pakistani agent photographs of secret papers via WhatsApp.
And meanwhile, they had been communicating over WhatsApp for over 6 months.
Further, attempts were also made to make other soldiers the victims.
According to the authorities, another woman was also suspected of being engaged in the crime. The woman is said to be a friend of Kumar.
However, Kumar is being held by the Rajasthan Police as of Saturday.
He had been detained for questioning on charges of espionage on May 18 but was arrested on Saturday.
