A student named Abhijeet, who is in his final year Btech degree at the prestigious Indian institute of information and Technology (IIIT) Lucknow, has managed to bag the highest pay- package offered by the placement cell at the institute.

As per the reports of Times of India, Abhijeet has bagged the package deal from Amazon for the position of Software Development Engineer. His annual package will be close to Rs 1.2 Crore.
This Institute, IIIT Lucknow has recorded the highest package deal this year, along with 100 per cent placement in reputed firms. The average annual pay-package for this year campus placement is close to Rs 24 lakhs.
Abhijeet who hails from Prayagraj has bagged a deal of a lifetime. Many students like Abhijeet has been anxious of their career ever since the start of covid-19. With the pandemic situation, the employment opportunities has also gone down significantly.
Salary Packages offered by other campus placements
Similar to the case of Abhijeet from IIIT lucknow, NIT Patna also had very attractive offer in its plate. The package was bagged by Aditi Tiwari – with a package deal of Rs 1.6 crore per annum. Reputable firms like Google and Amazon hire students for mostly above Rs 60 lakhs per annum. Avnish Chhikara, a farmer’s son was an intern for Amazon , got a stipend of Rs 2.40 lakh. A hardworking and an intelligent boy, Avnish used to work hard for hours during his college days.
