Content filters have been added in the amazon app that will prevent the users from using flag words like ‘restroom’ , ‘slave’ etc to be used against the prevailing working environment.

The big MNC has added the filters in order to prevent the users from using thee words against the company’s working condition in india.
The employees of the big company such as Amazon are subjected to the harsh working environment. These conditions are often criticised openly. Adding to that, the Amazon app has decided to do away with all this by blocking all the harsh words that are used by the people which goes against the company. Some of the words include living wage, restroom and slave.
The filter would thus enable the users to use those words against the company.
As per the reports, one of the amazon spokesperson conveyed that, “Our teams are always thinking about new ways to help employees engage with each other”.
