Local Holiday has been declared in the Dibrugarh and Karbi Anglong District of Assam on the 28th of April 2022. The Governor of Assam took the decision on the account of Narendra Modi’s Visit on the day.
Holiday declared in two districts
As per reports from government officials, a notice has been issued by the Administration Department that clearly indicates the offices and institutes under the jurisdiction of the state government are to remain close on the 28th of april.
Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi will be visiting The two districts of Assam in order to inaugurate the seven cancer hospitals that are built in the region.
