Former Chief Minister of Haryana, OM Prakash Chautala convicted of disproportionate assets case on Saturday. The court is set to hear the arguments on 26th May 2022.
Police case filed against Haryana CM Prakash Om Chautala
The CBI or the Central Bureau of Investigation filed a case against the former minister of OP Chautala on the 26th of March 2010 for embezzlement of worth Rs 6.09 crore.
Delhi Court had filed a case of money laundering against the former minister back in January 2021. In the year 2013, he and his son were sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment after they were found guilty of corruption in a teacher recruitment scam in 2013.
