The Assam-Mizoram border dispute has taken a ugly turn in the last couple hours. Sections of both sides have allegedly resorted to violence and the situation is in panic.
Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma is seen taking the front seat and tweeting about every development in the case.

The news of 6 jawans of Assam Police broke a while ago and now new tweet from the Assam CM reads, “Clear evidences are now beginning to emerge that unfortunately show that Mizoram Police has used Light Machine Guns (LMG) against personnel of @assampolice. This is sad, unfortunate and speaks volumes about the intention and gravity of the situation.”
BLAME GAME CONTINUES FROM MIZORAM TOO
And on the other hand, Mizoram CM and Home Minister are also releasing statements saying that the accusations made by Assam are baseless and they are the one who were targeted at first.
