As the celebration of eid is right around the corner, the muslims around the world are eagerly waiting for the moon. However, per latest update, no moon has been sighted so far in the state.

The crescent moon of Ramadan and Eid-ul-Fitr which is first sighted in Saudi Arabia, UAE and other Gulf Countries did not sight the moon yesterday. It has been declared that Arab nation will celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr on 2nd of May 2022.
People in the Other parts of the world including India, Pakistan and Bangladesh are waiting to look at the new moon tonight to mark the end of Ramadan. If the people in India witnesses the moon today, they will be celebrating the festival on the same day as the Arab nation. This will be the rarest case if it is celebrated on the same day.
If no moon is sighted today then the festival will be celebrated on Tuesday which is 3rd May 2022.
