The video has received over 2 million views after netizens were captivated by the vendor’s presentation of the cuisine on a leaf plate.
He started by stuffing the puris with chana and alu filling and then dipping them in curd. He then placed the gol gappas in a leaf platter with chutney, sev, and masala on top.
