Delhi High Court was told that Nyay: The Justice (the film which allegedly based on the late actor’s life) does not depict Rajput’s name, likeness or caricature and that it was not a biopic on him, and so considering the same, Delhi HC dismisses late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s father’s plea to put a stay on the release of the film.

The film is set to release on June 11. A single bench comprising of Justice Sanjeev Narula refused to stop the release after hearing both sides of the story.
Sushant Singh Rajput, a dynamic actor committed suicide last year in his own house. Till date there have been speculations about the shocking death of the promising actor. He has acted in several films but came to limelight with a daily soap, Pavitra Rishta.
The entire nation was taken aback with the sudden demise of the actor and now a section of them wanted HC to put a stay on the film believing that it might ruin the image of the actor. however, the decision didn’t come in their favour.
