Football legend Cristiano Ronaldo‘s son, Cristiano Jr., has signed a contract with Manchester United and will wear the number seven jersey like his father.

Ronaldo’s girlfriend, Georgina Rodriguez, announced Cristiano Jr.’s contract signing on her official Instagram account. The 11-year-old signed a contract with Manchester United after spending two years in Juventus’ academy system, where his father was a Serie A player in Turin.
He believes in allowing his son to choose his path in life
Ronaldo stated in the Netflix docu-series I Am Georgina, “I will never pressure him,” when answering if he would want his son to play football. “He will do what he wants. Also what I want the most for Cristiano and everyone else is that they’re happy and that they choose what they want. I will support you in any way.”
