The Congress released its 3rd list of 4 candidates for the upcoming Manipur assembly elections 2022.
As per information, in its 3rd list Congress has nominated Haobijam from Thanga, Vairok Morung from Tengnoupal, Rajkumar Singh from Wangkhei and Aribam Pramodini from Keishamthong.
Congress releases its 2nd list
Reportedly, Congress had released its 2nd list of 10 candidates on Tuesday.
Former minister Ningthoujam Biren Singh and legislator Pukhrem Sharatchandra Singh were among the candidates listed.
Reportedly, the 2nd list from the party has given tickets to M Momo Singh from Sagolaband assembly constituency, N Helendro Singh from Yaskool and Badrur Rahman from Jiriram.
Previously, on 22nd January, the Congress had declared 40 candidates.
Manipur Legislative Assembly Election 2022
The Manipur Assembly Elections-2022 will be held in two phases.
• Phase 1: February 27
• Phase 2: March 3
• Counting Day: March 10
Also, Manipur BJP will be contesting on all 60 seats. For which, the BJP has already released the list.
CM N Biren Singh has been made a candidate from Hengang assembly seat.
Previously, the Manipur Assembly Elections were held in March 2017 with the BJP coming to power in the state for the first time.
