Changes in Chief Minister Himanta Bishwa Sharma’s cabinet; two additional ministers to be given additional responsibilities

Few changes have been brought to the cabinet of Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. Other than earlier responsibilities, a few more have been given to two ministers in the cabinet.

The two Ministers are Ranoj Pegu and Urkhao Gwra Brahma. They have been given additional responsibilities along with the earlier ones they were allotted with.

Ranoj Pegu has been given the portfolio of Welfare of Plain Tribes and Backward Classes along with the Education department. Urkhao Gwra Brahma has been allocated with the portfolio of Handloom, Textile, Soil Conservation, and Welfare of Bodoland.
