A meeting was held by the executive member of Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) on the 19th of May 2022. The conference was organised at the Bololand Territorial Council Legislative Assembly.
Many issues were raised and discussed so as to improve and further initiate develop in the region.
BTC takes some major decision
The Chief Executive Member of the Bodoland Territorial Region, Pramod Boro chaired the meeting along with other ministers from the government.
One of the major decisions that were taken was the construction of the National Institute of Technology in Udalguri. The construction will be by the BTR accord.
In addition, a new cultural stage will be constructed under the name of ‘Jwhwlao Nileswar Brahma Jousrang’ who was a legendary Bodo artist.
That apart, a new revenue circle and circuit house at Patharghat in Kokrajhar will also be constructed.
