Bihar Police Busts Scam Exploiting Vulnerable Men in ‘All India Pregnant Job’ Fraud

Operating under the guise of ‘All India Pregnant Job (Baby Birth Service),’ the group utilized social media platforms to lure men into a fraudulent scheme, exploiting the vulnerabilities of those seeking financial opportunities.

According to police reports, the arrested individuals, charged with running the elaborate scam, demanded a registration fee of Rs 799 from interested participants. Subsequently, additional sums ranging from Rs 5,000 to Rs 20,000 were sought as security money.

The arrests transpired following a raid by the Bihar Police‘s Special Investigation Team (SIT) on premises linked to Munna Kumar, believed to be the mastermind behind this widespread cybercrime network. Despite the successful capture of eight individuals, some managed to evade arrest during the police operation.

Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Kalyan Anand confirmed the ongoing interrogations and revealed that the arrested men were part of a larger cyber syndicate operating nationwide. Authorities seized nine smartphones and a printer during the arrests, with indications that further arrests were imminent as investigations into the case continued.
